Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased directly from our online shop are eligible for return within 14 days of the original delivery date. Returned items must be in like-new, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund. We do not offer free return shipping; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at inquiries@arches.global, including your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability, within the same 14-day window and condition requirements above.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval and process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.

We reserve the right to reject a return if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items or otherwise exploit this policy.
